Razer Blade 14, 16 and 18 Price in India: Where to Buy

Razer Blade 14, 16 and 18 Price in India: Where to Buy

Quick answer: Razer doesn’t sell the Blade in India, but a Blade 16 from Amazon US lands at about ₹4.3 lakh with duty. The Blade 18 comes to about ₹5.6 lakh, and both US listings deliver to India.

The Razer Blade 16 is the gaming laptop I’d import if you want a thin Windows machine with an OLED screen and don’t mind paying for the name. Razer has never sold its Blade laptops officially in India, so every Blade here is an import of some kind. The good news is that Amazon US ships the newest Blade 16 and Blade 18 straight to Indian addresses, with the duty added at checkout.

Below is what each of the three current Blades costs in India, what reviewers liked and didn’t, how the Amazon US order works for a laptop, and which officially sold laptops to look at if the Blade’s price is too much.

Razer Blade 16 price in India

Amazon US lists the newest Blade 16 with an RTX 5070 Ti, 32 GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD at about $3,500. At about ₹94.5 to the dollar that’s roughly ₹3.3 lakh, and the personal-import duty of about 31% brings it to around ₹4.3 lakh. The Blade 18 with an RTX 5080 is about $4,500 on Amazon US, or roughly ₹5.6 lakh delivered. Amazon US adds the duty to the checkout total, so the figure on that screen is what you pay.

WhereWhat you payDelivery
Amazon US: Blade 16 (RTX 5070 Ti)About $3,500, about ₹4.3 lakh delivered with duty10 to 15 days
Amazon US: Blade 18 (RTX 5080)About $4,500, about ₹5.6 lakh delivered with duty10 to 15 days
Amazon.in: older Blade 16 (RTX 4070)About ₹6.6 lakh2 to 5 days
Indian importer storesAbout ₹6.3 lakh for the newest Blade 16Varies by store

The Amazon.in listing is the older Blade 16 with a 13th-gen Core i9, and it costs more than the newer model delivered from the US. That makes Amazon US the clear route for this laptop.

1. Razer Blade 16

My pick. The slimmest Blade, with the best screen, and the one most reviewers want to own.

Pros

  • 16-inch 2560×1600 OLED at 240 Hz with G-Sync
  • Only 14.9 mm thick and 2.14 kg
  • Thunderbolt 5, HDMI 2.1, an SD card reader and Wi-Fi 7
  • Runs a little cooler and faster in games than the AMD version it replaced

Cons

  • Only 102 minutes of gaming on battery in PC Gamer’s test
  • RAM is soldered
  • Loud fans in Turbo mode, and a soft webcam with no privacy shutter

The new Blade 16 moved from AMD to Intel’s Core Ultra 9 386H and kept the lovely OLED panel. PC Gamer scored it 86 out of 100 and called it the most desirable gaming laptop around. Notebookcheck gave it 88% and found it slightly cooler and faster in games than the AMD model before it. There’s up to 64 GB of fast LPDDR5X memory and a 90 Wh battery.

The weak spots are the usual ones for a thin gaming laptop. Battery life while gaming dropped to 102 minutes in PC Gamer’s test, down from 135 on the older model, so plan on playing plugged in. The fans get loud in Turbo, and Notebookcheck wasn’t impressed by the webcam. PC Gamer also points out that bulkier rivals like the Lenovo Legion Pro 7i are faster for less money.

Buy the Blade 16 for the build and the screen. The Amazon US listing with the RTX 5070 Ti is the one I’d order, at about ₹4.3 lakh delivered.

2. Razer Blade 18

The desktop replacement. Big screen, big battery, and the only Blade whose RAM you can upgrade.

Pros

  • Slotted DDR5, up to 128 GB
  • 99 Wh battery that ran 8 hours 21 minutes of video in TechRadar’s test
  • 18-inch screen that switches between UHD+ at 240 Hz and FHD+ at 440 Hz
  • Plenty of ports, including Thunderbolt 5 and 2.5 Gb Ethernet

Cons

  • Runs hot with loud fans under load
  • About 3.1 kg, plus a heavy 400 W charger
  • No OLED option, and the 440 Hz mode looks softer

The Blade 18 pairs Intel’s Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus with graphics from an RTX 5070 Ti up to an RTX 5090. TechRadar gave it 4.5 out of 5 and liked the keyboard and the long battery life. Its dual-mode screen gives you sharp UHD+ for work and films or 440 Hz for fast shooters.

It’s a big, warm machine. Tom’s Hardware found it hot and loud, and Notebookcheck (88%) says it’s about as fast as the model it replaced while costing more. The 400 W charger is Razer’s own design, so keep it safe. If you want the most power and plan to leave the laptop on a desk, it’s the Blade to get. The Amazon US listing with an RTX 5080 delivers to India for about ₹5.6 lakh.

3. Razer Blade 14

The most portable Blade, and the cheapest of the three.

Pros

  • 1.63 kg, the lightest of the three
  • Bright 14-inch 2880×1800 OLED at 120 Hz
  • Charges over USB-C at up to 100 W as well as from its 200 W brick

Cons

  • The RTX 5070 version has only 8 GB of video memory
  • About 5 hours of web browsing on battery
  • Previous-generation AMD chip and soldered RAM

The Blade 14 is still the AMD model, with a Ryzen AI 9 365 or HX 370 and graphics from an RTX 5060 to an RTX 5070 Ti. TechRadar gave it 4.5 out of 5 and Notebookcheck 87%, and both praised the aluminium body, the OLED screen and the keyboard. It launched in the US at $2,299.99 to $2,999.99, which works out to roughly ₹2.8 to ₹3.7 lakh with duty.

Being able to charge from a 100 W USB-C charger is handy when you travel, because the 200 W brick can stay at home. Of the three, only the Blade 16 and 18 Amazon US listings deliver to India, which is one more reason I’d point most people to the Blade 16.

How to buy a Razer Blade in India

Option 1: Amazon US

This is the route I’d use for the Blade 16 or 18. Here’s how the order goes:

  1. Set your delivery address on Amazon.com to your Indian address. The Blade 16 and 18 product pages then show that they deliver to India.
  2. Pick the configuration you want and check the price is close to Razer’s own US price.
  3. At checkout, Amazon adds shipping and an import fees deposit. The total on that screen is what you pay.
  4. When the parcel reaches India, the courier sends an SMS and an email with a KYC link. On my orders that was Aramex. Upload your Aadhaar or PAN and that step is done.
  5. The laptop reaches your door in about 10 to 15 days from the order.

Order one laptop at a time. One laptop per courier shipment is the allowance for personal imports, and it comes in at the normal duty. I’ve written up the full process in how I buy gadgets from Amazon US, and the duty maths line by line in customs duty on electronics from the USA.

Option 2: Amazon.in

Amazon.in has the previous Blade 16, with a 13th-gen Core i9 and an RTX 4070, at about ₹6.6 lakh. It arrives in days with an Indian invoice. It’s an older and slower laptop for more money, though, so I’d only go this way if you need a Blade this week.

Setting it up in India

A US Blade comes with a US plug on its power lead. Read the label on the brick: laptop chargers are normally rated 100–240 V, and if yours is, India’s 230 V sockets are fine with the right plug. For the Blade 18’s 400 W brick, use a proper grounded adapter or an Indian power lead rather than a cheap two-pin travel plug. The Blade 14 can also top up from any USB-C charger up to 100 W.

Windows and your games work the same as on any laptop bought here, and Steam prices games in rupees. With Thunderbolt 5 on the Blade 16 and 18, a good laptop docking station turns either one into a desk setup with one cable.

Alternatives you can buy in India

The ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 is the closest thing to a Blade 14 sold officially here. It opened for pre-order at ₹2,59,990 with an RTX 5060 and ₹3,69,990 with an RTX 5070. The Zephyrus G16 with an RTX 5070 Ti was ₹4,19,990, close to an imported Blade 16, with Indian service included.

PC Gamer names the Lenovo Legion Pro 7i as faster than the Blade 16 for less money. It’s thicker, but if frame rates matter more than looks, it’s the better buy. HP Omen, MSI and Acer Predator laptops are all sold here too, and my Alienware laptop picks cover another premium option with local support. On a tighter budget, start with my gaming laptops under ₹1,25,000.

Want to see how far the Blade has come? My older Razer Blade 15 Advanced review shows the design these laptops grew out of. If you’d rather game on something smaller, the Steam Deck and the Steam Machine run the same Steam library, and my best handheld gaming consoles in India guide ranks the rest.

Warranty and support

Razer’s laptop warranty is one year, with two years on the battery, and it’s valid in the country of purchase, which for an Amazon US order is the US. In India, Razer’s service partner Acro Engineering handles its peripherals. Amazon’s 30-day return window covers the laptop itself, so test the screen, ports, keyboard and charging in the first week. For a repair later on, a friend in the US can send it to Razer for you.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a Razer Blade 16 cost in India?

About ₹4.3 lakh delivered from Amazon US for the RTX 5070 Ti model at about $3,500, duty included. Indian importer stores ask about ₹6.3 lakh for the same laptop.

What is the Razer Blade 18 price in India?

About ₹5.6 lakh delivered from Amazon US for the RTX 5080 model at about $4,500. Higher RTX 5090 configurations cost more.

Is the Razer Blade available in India?

Razer doesn’t sell Blade laptops officially here, but you can still buy one. Amazon US delivers the Blade 16 and 18 to India with duty added at checkout, and Amazon.in lists the older Blade 16.

Is the Razer Blade 16 worth it?

Yes, if you want the thinnest premium gaming laptop with an OLED screen. PC Gamer scored it 86/100 and Notebookcheck 88%. If raw speed per rupee matters more, a Legion Pro 7i or ROG Zephyrus is the better deal.

Why is the Razer Blade so expensive?

You’re paying for a CNC aluminium body under 15 mm thick, a 240 Hz OLED screen and top-end graphics. In India, the 31% import duty sits on top of an already high US price.

Can I import a laptop to India for personal use?

Yes. One laptop per courier shipment comes in for personal use at the normal duty of about 31%. Amazon US collects it at checkout.

Verdict

Buy the Blade 16 if you want a thin, beautifully made gaming laptop and the OLED screen matters to you. Order it from Amazon US, where it lands at about ₹4.3 lakh with duty, well under what Indian importer stores charge. Pick the Blade 18 only if it’ll live on a desk and you want upgradeable RAM. If you care more about frame rates than looks, an ASUS ROG Zephyrus or Legion Pro 7i gives you more speed and Indian service for the money.
